Mr. Xia joined Legend Capital team in 2004 as Executive Director and was promoted to Managing Director in November 2007. He oversees the investment opportunity in IC design & key components sector.

Xia Yang has been with Legend since 1998. He has about 10 years' experience in the IT industry. He used to be the General Manager of Lenovo (Shanghai), responsible for sales and operations in the East China region, and the General Manager of the Notebook Unit at the headquarters of Lenovo.

Before Lenovo, Xia Yang served as Marketing Director at Lattice Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned US company. Xia Yang is active in social activities. He is a member of the Shanghai Young Entrepreneurs' Association. His broad personal contacts around Shanghai and East China adds to the network list of Legend Capital. His marketing expertise and understanding of the IT market will be a direct help to our portfolio companies in and around Shanghai.

Mr. Xia currently serves on the Boards of Parade and Virtuos.

Mr. Xia got his B.S. in Computer Sciences from Fudan University, Shanghai, in 1985.
