Mr. Liu joined Legend Capital in 2003 as Senior Vice President and was promoted to Executive Director and now Managing Director. He focuses on the investment opportunity in wireless applications and services sector. Prior to Legend Capital, he was COO of China RailcomNet Co., Ltd., Vice General Manager of Clarent China and the Manager of Wireless VAS business at Jitong Communications Co., Ltd.

He has over 10 years’ corporate operation and sales/marketing experience with a very good sense of business model.

The Boards that Mr. Liu sits on are those of BitAuto, MAS Technology, UAA and Xplus. He is also responsible for investments in Rock Mobile, Zhaopin.com, etc.

Mr. Liu got his EMBA degree from Peking University, M.S. in Telecom & Information System from XiDian University and B.S. in Telecommunications from Guilin Institute of Electronic Technology.
