Mr. Sha joined Legend Capital in 2001 as Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President and now Executive Director. He focuses on investments in the IC design and key components sector.

Mr. Sha has been with Legend since 1998 when he served as the General Manager of the South China region, Legend’s APLL-Zhi Qin Technology Logistics Ltd. Prior to Legend, he worked for Beijing Capital Iron and Steel Co.(BCIS) for 11 years as an engineer and Import & Export Dept. Manager. In 1993, he was sent to Huston and Pittsburgh, U.S. as a resident representative of BCIS for its import and export business.

Mr. Sha is responsible for numerous IC investments including Berkäna (acquired by Qualcomm), Chipsbrank, Fullhan, Huahong Semiconductor (acquired by Huahong Group), Parade, Spreadtrum, Verisilicon, etc.

Mr. Sha received his MBA from Peking University, and obtained a Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing Science and Technology University.
