Investment Team
The Managing Directors and the Executive Director work with a professional team to reach our prescribed goal. Most of the team members are MBA or EMBA degree holders. They have a thorough understanding and years of management experience in their own fields.

The investment managers are all veterans in one or several fields, having rich experience of operations, strategic management and team building. They have an in-depth understanding of both the IT industry including Internet, wireless, software, new media, IT service, IC design and selected traditional industries. Most of the investment managers are graduates from Tsinghua University, Peking University and universities in the U.K. and the U.S.A.

We have in-house financial experts, legal counsels and post-investment managers, which distinguishes Legend Capital from most of the other VCs. All of our financial experts and legal counsels have practical experience of large corporations' integration, spin-off, strategic investment as well as budget planning, operational control, M&A and IPO. All of our post-investment managers have a deep understanding of Legend's Management Theory and first-hand experience in management. Together with their broad network of contacts and relations in the IT industry, they offer tailor-made help to the portfolio companies in corporate governance, strategy/operations management, team building, HR management, financial and business support, etc.
