Mr. Wang joined Legend Capital in 2004 as Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2006, then Executive Director in Oct. 2007 and now Managing Director effective on Jan.1st, 2010. He works with Mr. Zhu Linan and Mr. WANG Nengguang on the growth capital investment side. He has played a critical role in the investments and exits of, among others, Solarfun(NASDAQ:SOLF), Sunshine Paper(2002.HK) and Hiconics, which has passed the listing hearing on the domestic ChiNext.

Mr. Wang has 7 years of experience in IT and chemical industries and 5 years of investment and research experience in growth capital investments. He specializes in clean technologies, health care and consumer products and has established an extensive network in these areas.

Mr. Wang joined Legend Group in 1997, and served as Assistant General Manager and Business Development Director of Key Accounts Dept.

Prior to Legend Group, he worked with Beijing Building Material Group as a chemical engineer.

Mr.Wang holds a B.S in Chemistry from Lanzhou University and an MBA in Finance and E-commerce from McMaster University.
