David joined Legend Capital in 2004 as Vice President and was promoted to Senior Vice President and now Executive Director. He has played a critical role in the investments and exits of Solarfun (NASDAQ: SOLF) and Sunshine Paper (2002.HK) and other mid-market deals. He is on the growth capital team, specialized in clean-tech, health care and consumer products. He enjoys wide contacts in these areas.

Since 1997, he served as Assistant General Manager and Business Development Director of Key Accounts Dept. of Lenovo Group. Before Legend, he worked with Beijing Building Material Group as chemical engineer.

David received his MBA degree from McMaster University, Canada.
