Ms. Huang joined Legend Capital in July 2005 as Senior Vice President and was promoted to Executive Director in Oct. 2007 and now Managing Director effective on Jan.1st, 2010. She works with Mr. Zhu Linan and Mr. Wang Nengguang on the growth capital investment side. She played a key role in deal structuring and exits of Peak Sports (1968. HK) and in post-investment management of AutoNavi.

Ms.Huang has 10 years of experience in securities investment, asset management and hedge fund operations both in China and the U.S. She has established an extensive network in these fields.

Prior to Legend Capital, Ms. Huang served as Senior Manager at Shanghai Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd., Manager of Credit Lyonnais Securities (Asia) Ltd., Head of Investment Development Division of Shanghai International Asset Management Co., Ltd., Vice President of Robertson & Feng Technology Associates, and Fund Manager at Exis Capital Management LLC.

Ms.Huang holds a B.S. in Management Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, an M.S. in Management Science from Fudan University and an MBA from City University of New York.
