Emily joined Legend Capital in July 2005 as Senior Vice President. She has played a key role in deal structuring and post-investment management in AutoNavi.

Prior to Legend Capital, she served as Senior Manager at Shanghai Wanguo Securities Co., Ltd., Manager of Credit Lyonnais Securities (Asia) Ltd., Head of Investment Development Division of Shanghai International Asset Management Co., Ltd., Vice President of Robertson & Feng Technology Associates, and Fund Manager at Exis Capital Management LLC.

She has 10 years of experience in securities investment, asset management and hedge fund operations both in China and the U.S.

Emily received her MBA degree from Zicklin Business School, Baruch College, City University of New York.
