Mr. Yuan joined Legend Capital as Executive Director in Jan.2008. He is part of the growth capital investment team. Prior to LC, Mr.Yuan was former Director of Corporate Finance Dept. at GuoTai JunAn Consulting.

With an aggregate 12 years of practice in securities investment, research, advisory, investment banking service, he has gained first-hand experience in M&A, MBO, corporate re-engineering, IPO planning at overseas stock exchanges, etc.  He initiated a systematic methodology to function capital operation and corporate finance in line with strategic planning. Meanwhile, he enjoys an in-depth knowledge of software and system integrations, computer and peripherals, networks and e-commerce and broad industry coverage in both IT and traditional areas.

Mr. Yuan holds an MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
