Qualifications · Master (B.S. or B.A. in Economics is preferred)
· Minimum 8 years' corporate managerial experience. Previous management experience of overall operations or various departments is preferred. Thorough understanding of corporate growth route. Have ever been a successful problem finder and trouble shooter with innovative solutions, which has driven the development of your company
· Or over 5 years' experience in investment, finance, consulting companies, familiar with VC mechanism and operations. Successfully led your team to structure the deals found

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Master (B.S. or IT industry background preferred)
· Minimum of 3 years' working experience and understanding of the landscape and future trend of IT industry; preferably with 2-year experience in business expansion, marketing, operation or investment consulting roles with high-tech companies
· Strong interest in and sensitivity to new things; ability to perform challenging assignments under pressure; strong initiatives
· Sound knowledge base of accounting, finance and corporate management
· Commitment to VC industry
